Shipping policy

You understand that all items are hand made & therefore have a turn around time as well as a wait period. Time frame of that wait period depends on the current demand of orders at the present time. There are no given or estimated turn around times for any item nor do I guaranteed delivery dates. You can leave a note at check out stating your request such as "Birthday gift for the date of xx / xx / xxxx". I will do my best to accommodate you, if you place your order within the appropriate time frame, but again NO DEADLINES ARE GUARANTEED. If you're requesting a timeline within the "rush" period stated on the item but failed to pay the "rush" fee your requested date will be null & void. I DO NOT GUARANTEE HOLIDAY DEADLINES. If you're ordering for a holiday I will do my best to accommodate you but I will not guarantee you any deadline unless you've paid the additional rush fee on your order as clearly stated on items. There are no refunds under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
